Online marketing can be incredibly expensive in certain markets.
Certain keyword phrases at Google and Overture can run over $7 per
click. It can take a lot of clicks to generate a lead and then a
lot of leads to generate a sale. It adds up, especially if you
are not utilizing lead management like you should. So expensive
in fact that often doing traditional mortgage lead marketing can be a
more economical route. Mortgage postcards, radio, newsletters and
a good old letter can often generate you more quality leads than
